2023 Norbreck Options
Great news – we have managed to freeze the hotel accommodation prices and keep them the same as 2022, helping to fight back against the cost-of-living crises and make our event unbeatable value for money! The hotel car parking is now free for all hotel guests providing they put their car registration number into the computerised system when booking in. Hotel bar prices will discounted in the arena bar for our players.
Get FREE tournament wristbands by booking the “Golden 8 Ball Pool Accommodation Package” at the Norbreck Castle Hotel through the official booking form. A non-refundable deposit of £30 per person is required to secure the booking and must be paid directly to the hotel, who will contact you for payment.
The remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival and cannot be paid on arrival. Any unpaid rooms will be cancelled 28 days before the event.
To pay the balance, call the hotel at 01253 352 341, press 2 for events, and ask for Karen or Jade. The “Golden 8 Ball Pool Accommodation Package” can only be booked after your team has been accepted and can be accessed through the official online booking form, which will be sent to the team manager or available on the website.

Parking Information
- Hotel guests now receive free parking. Simply enter your car’s registration number and stay duration into the electronic system at reception upon check-in.
- Note: Guests are responsible for correctly registering their cars. The hotel cannot be held liable for any parking tickets received.
- Non-guests can park at the hotel but must pay at the meter.
- Alternately, guests can park on neighboring streets or in front of the hotel for free at their own risk.
Supplement Information
- A supplement of £18 per night will be charged for solo occupancy of double rooms.
- Limited single rooms are available, so consider sharing a twin or family room to avoid the supplement.
- Upgrade to a sea view room for an extra £10 per night.
Express Check-In
- Teams who fully pay for their accommodation before arrival will receive express check-in and bypass the lines.
Extended Stay
- Arrive early on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 for the Pro-Am event and take advantage of discounted additional nights.
- Stay longer and enjoy Blackpool at a discounted rate of £35 per person per night for half board or £30 per person per night for bed and breakfast.
Alternative Accommodation Option
- If you prefer not to stay at the designated hotel, that’s okay. Players can opt for alternative accommodation, but must purchase a player’s wristband for £50 per player, per weekend.
- Save £20 by purchasing a combined wristband for both weekends for £80.
- Player wristbands are available for sale during team registration on Thursday.
- Spectators can purchase festival wristbands for £20 for both weekends or £10 for a single day. All funds raised from spectator wristbands will be donated to the festival’s chosen charity.
- Please note, players must have the proper wristband to participate in the main event, or risk disqualification.
- Both players and spectators must have wristbands to gain entry to the event on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
